As a bilingual Senior Marketing Advisor, you will plan, create, execute, and assess campaigns for acquisition, loyalty, and retention. You will support Intact Financial Corporation brands, including Intact Insurance and belairdirect, across various markets. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, an agency, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement email and direct mail campaigns

Recommend current and future relationship marketing strategies

Manage mandates, timelines, budgets, and external suppliers

Assess campaign performance and recommend appropriate actions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience

Five to seven years of marketing experience

French and English bilingualism for regular Canadian interactions

Solid organization, prioritization, analytical, and synthesis skills

Microsoft Office suite mastery and Canadian work authorization
