Lead major construction projects at Pomerleau Construction using trade-driven expertise, leadership, and a strong commitment to quality, health, and safety. As an experienced Superintendent, you will support new and ongoing growth within Pomerleau’s Major Projects team. You will work on large-scale building and infrastructure projects, collaborating with project managers, clients, consultants, and trade partners. Your expertise will guide scheduling, quality, workforce coordination, and project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Health, Safety and Environmental Protection on projects Develop construction schedules and drive milestone completion Coordinate manpower, materials, inventory, and site documentation Collaborate with project teams, consultants, clients,



and trade partners Verify construction follows plans, specifications, drawings, and codes Requirements:

Relevant civil construction industry experience Construction-related certificate, diploma, or degree Knowledge of construction disciplines, safety, scheduling, quality, and cost control Experience with scheduling software and solid computer skills Ability to identify problems and lead collaborative solutions Bring construction leadership, scheduling expertise, and safety knowledge to Pomerleau’s large-scale building and infrastructure projects.
