Position Title: Senior Business Analyst – Enterprise Device Master Data Location: Canada Why Billennium? You will bridge business strategy, data model definitions, and technical development by translating business requirements into clear specifications and supporting data mapping, validation, testing, and governance. You will work closely with Business Analysts, technical implementation teams, and Data Governance stakeholders across international teams and time zones.

Key Responsibilities: Requirements &

- Specifications: Translate business definitions, data models, and drop-down lists into detailed user stories and technical requirements. Work with developers to clarify requirements and resolve gaps before development. Data Governance &
- Validation: Validate system implementations, including forms, UI fields, lists of values (LOVs), and inheritance rules, against approved definitions. Maintain a Definition-to-Implementation Traceability Matrix to track coverage and gaps.





Business Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate feedback sessions, Sprint Reviews, and user acceptance activities with business stakeholders across Pharma domains. Data Preparation &

- Mapping: Prepare, structure, clean, and map medical device data attributes, drop-down values, reference tables, and metadata for migration into the master data system.

UI/UX Collaboration: Review Figma mockups and prototypes against functional requirements, gather stakeholder feedback, and communicate required changes to the development team.

Testing Support: Review and refine test scripts and support testing throughout implementation and rollout cycles.

Technical Coordination: Maintain regular communication with the implementation team, answer functional questions, resolve gaps, and address blockers. Documentation &

- Governance: Maintain requirements, traceability records, design decisions, and governance documentation. Track and communicate updates to Registry definitions throughout implementation.

Required Skills and Qualifications: 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex, global enterprise environments. Strong experience in the Life Sciences or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of data governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, GxP, and data quality standards.

Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), data model implementation, semantic validation, and reference data/LOV governance.



Robust data analysis and data mapping skills, including experience working with raw datasets and reference lists. Proven experience writing and analyzing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and documenting requirements in Agile environments. Ability to translate business and data requirements into clear technical specifications.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional, international, and virtual teams across different time zones.

Excellent

English communication and presentation skills. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience with enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions and platforms.

Experience implementing or validating data governance frameworks using tools such as Collibra, Alation, or custom governance platforms. Familiarity with medical device classifications such as EMDN and GMDN, Software as a Medical Device (SaMD), or pharmaceutical regulatory data standards.

Experience working with Figma mockups and UI validation workshops. Additional exposure to GxP and regulated data management requirements.
