The client is a Design-Build firm specializing in tenant improvement throughout the lower mainland. The Senior Interior Designer leads and manages projects while supporting design excellence, project management, and client communication. Work includes conceptual design, design development, construction documents, permit coordination, presentations, and contract administration. The role also involves collaboration with consultants, construction managers, vendors, and clients. Key Responsibilities:

Participate across conceptual, development, documentation, and construction phases Draft floor plans, elevations, millwork, details,



and specifications Prepare graphic presentations and three-dimensional renderings Present furniture, materials, lighting, and equipment selections Respond to RFIs and issue supplemental instructions Requirements:

8+ years at a recognized Interior Design or Architectural firm CIDA accredited Interior Design degree or diploma AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and SketchUp proficiency Knowledge of building codes, regulations, furniture, finishes, and specifications Preferred NCIDQ completion and exceptional time management skills Bring technical drafting, visualization, and documentation strengths to senior commercial interior design work supporting Vancouver tenant improvements.
