Avia NG Airport Consultants is seeking a proactive, client-focused Senior Project Manager with strong civil or airfield design experience. The position provides technical oversight for airport infrastructure, leads multidisciplinary assignments, and evaluates engineering challenges. Calgary is the primary home base, with Southampton, Ontario considered for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical oversight for airport and airfield infrastructure projects

Evaluate challenges and develop practical, innovative engineering solutions

Ensure standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements are followed





Perform QA/QC reviews across engineering and construction documentation

Mentor team members through training, coaching, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

Strong hands-on civil or airfield calculations, drawings, and specifications experience

Qualified Engineer designation or eligibility in Alberta

Minimum eight to ten years’ progressive relevant engineering experience

Knowledge of Transport Canada, NAV CANADA, IATA, ASSI, or ECCAA

Valid passport, Canadian work eligibility, and Canadian Class G license

Use civil engineering judgment, technical leadership, and aviation standards knowledge to advance Avia NG airport projects internationally.
