As Production Manager, you will help define performance, culture, and customer experience at the Aviva AutoCare Centre, Powered by Solus. The position requires leadership across technicians and support staff, plus attention to safety, compliance, repair quality, and continuous improvement. You will also address escalations.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, lead, coach, and develop repair teams

Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Conduct performance and development discussions regularly

Promote safety, respect, inclusivity, and compliance

Ensure skilled customer repair experiences

Requirements

Minimum five years’ collision repair management experience

Demonstrated success leading collision repair teams

Exceptional leadership and coaching capabilities

Strong organization across multiple priorities

Valid driver’s licence and repair systems proficiency desirable

Use team development, safety leadership, and collision repair knowledge to strengthen Solus Canada’s Cambridge operation and customer experience.
