Lead commercial building operations across Vancouver with advanced BAS/DDC expertise and hands-on maintenance leadership. This full time position is on-site.

As Senior Building Operator, Commercial, you will oversee diverse office, retail, industrial, and stratified mixed-use properties. Reporting to Property Manager(s), you will lead daily operations, maintenance programs, vendors, contractors, and building operator activities. The work covers HVAC, boilers, chillers, cooling towers, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily operations across Aquilini Properties’ commercial portfolio

Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize BAS and DDC systems

Inspect major systems and implement preventative maintenance programs

Coordinate vendors, contractors, quotes, budgets,



and service quality

Manage Prism work orders, emergencies, documentation, and reporting

Requirements

Five-plus years’ progressive building operations experience

Commercial real estate and mechanical systems exposure

Knowledge of HVAC, BAS/DDC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety

MS Office and Prism or equivalent CMMS proficiency

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and on-call availability
