As Engineering Manager, you will support six to eight software engineers while staying deeply involved in technical details. Partner with a Product Manager and Designer as a product trio to understand customers, assess feasibility, and deliver user value incrementally. Collaborate with Tech Leads and Engineering Managers on shared technical choices, team boundaries, infrastructure, hiring, and engineering culture. Key Responsibilities:

Seven-plus years of hands-on product engineering experience Two-plus years as a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager Experience leading alongside Product Managers and UX Designers Robust software architecture, design, testing, and production support fundamentals Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Bring engineering leadership, technical judgment, and collaborative product delivery to a Toronto team serving GTA homeowners.
