This Solution Analyst supports Oracle EBS, SAP ECC, Mainframe, HANA Unify, and related foundational systems. The role combines Tier 2/3 support, performance monitoring, database activities, and service delivery coordination. It also contributes to incident, problem, change, release, and audit processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide advanced Tier 2/3 enterprise application and platform support
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues with Infrastructure and Applications teams
- Monitor performance and support root-cause analysis
- Coordinate patches, maintenance, job monitoring, and system health checks




- Validate deployment plans, smoke testing, and cutover activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years supporting enterprise applications or ERP platforms
- Strong application, database, and integration troubleshooting skills
- Managed service provider and multi-vendor workplace experience
- Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change processes
