Reporting to the Director, Internal Communications, this Manager leads a communications team and contributes directly to planning, content, and campaigns. You will help critical People and Culture programs resonate across the enterprise. The work requires strategic advisory skills, clear writing, accessibility awareness, and confident handling of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee delivery of employee-facing communications
- Translate HR policies and cultural initiatives
- Design educational Total Rewards campaigns
- Prepare specialized materials for people leaders




- Ensure high-quality, timely communications execution

Requirements:

- Five to eight years in communications or HR communications
- People leadership, coaching, or team development experience
- Exceptional ability to create warm, clear messaging
- Solid organizational skills across simultaneous priorities
- Passion for inclusive and accessible communications
