As a Senior Client Executive, you will develop and oversee Commercial Real Estate client relationships across the greater Toronto market. The position combines sales and marketing, credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial product cross-selling. You will advise private sector and institutional clients while supporting current business generation and existing relationship management.

Solicit and develop Commercial Real Estate client relationships

Initiate dialogue about financial and real estate credit needs

Collaborate on credit analysis, structuring, and documentation





Present Commercial Term Lending and CMBS capabilities

Cross-sell treasury services and other JPMorgan Chase products

10–15 years of related real estate lending experience

Private sector and institutional client knowledge

Underwriting experience across construction, acquisition, and mini-perm financing

Financial analysis skills supporting lending decisions

Strong sales, marketing, and product cross-selling experience
