ATB is seeking a Senior Compensation Specialist to shape total rewards within wealth management. You will partner with Wealth leadership and the People & Culture team to design and govern incentive programs and market-competitive compensation structures. A focus on governance, data, and strategic insights will drive decisions across a dispersed organization.

You will influence cross-functional teams, lead analytics, and implement digital workflows using SAP SuccessFactors and Google Workspace.
