As an experienced Site Agent, you will manage daily operations and represent projects on site. Coordinate resources, supervise teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain compliance with construction plans, timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements. The role covers projects from establishment through completion.

Requirements

National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering

At least seven years' site management or Site Agent experience

Proven civil and building construction project delivery

Knowledge of South African regulations, codes, and safety standards

Valid driver's license and regional travel willingness
