Modernize BCI’s infrastructure and workplace services in Victoria or Vancouver, combining strategic leadership with cloud, automation, and service management expertise. As Vice President, Technology Operations, you will lead approximately 32 people within one of Canada’s largest institutional investors. The mandate covers infrastructure, digital workplace systems, Service Desk, service management, and disaster recovery. You will assess operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and help advance BCI’s future-state technology platform. Key Responsibilities:
