Lead Canadian pension risk transfer growth at BMO Insurance through business development, transaction execution, and relationship management. This salaried role is based at 250 Yonge Street. As Director, Business Development, you will support BMO Insurance’s Global Institutional Solutions team and Canadian PRT business. The work spans pension consultants, plan sponsors, market intelligence, and customized transactions. You will collaborate with actuarial, pricing, investment, legal, and operations partners. Key Responsibilities:

Identify and advance new Canadian PRT business opportunities Manage consultant and plan sponsor relationships throughout transactions Coordinate quotations, presentations, negotiations, and transaction deliverables Support buy-in, buy-out,



and customized PRT solutions Monitor market activity, competition, pipeline, and business performance Requirements:

Approximately seven or more years of relevant experience FCIA, FSA, or equivalent relevant pensions experience Robust knowledge of Canadian defined benefit pensions Experience managing complex transactions and multiple stakeholders Fluency in English and French supports operations beyond Quebec Apply Canadian pension expertise, commercial judgment, and stakeholder leadership to BMO Insurance’s growing PRT business.
