Carta is seeking a Contract Solutions Counsel within the Contracts - North Americas function to manage high-volume pre-M&A; contracts, including NDAs, NRLs, joinders, and engagement letters, liaising with counterparties and upholding turnaround times.
You will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for sophisticated investment funds and asset managers, mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, and help advance the company’s AI-backed legal tech tools, including Ava, to improve consistency and speed.
