Develop and implement Corporate Asset Reliability and Quality Assurance programs for Converting / Corrugating machines
Reliability Assurance: Mechanical / Instrumentation IntegrityQuality Assurance: Calibration of Converting machines and Corrugator Process Instrumentation
Six Sigma & Continuous Improvement: Apply Six Sigma (DMAIC or DFSS) methodologies to reduce process variance,
optimize Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), and lower Mean Time to Repair (MTTR)
Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA): Lead investigations for high-impact or recurring equipment and process failures using tools like Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), Mitigation of Threats to Availability (MTA), and Weibull analysis
Reliability Metrics: Tracks MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) using CMMS data (i.E. Eptura M+, MaintainX)
Corrugator Process Optimization: Applies DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) frameworks to reduce manufacturing variability and cycle times
Data Integration: Track Equipment downtime using CTI, analyze equipment fault history using SCADA historian, use equipment schematics and PLC software to trace and analyze faults, and track asset health via CMMS (e.G., Eptura M+, MaintainX), and develop equipment and business intelligence platforms (e.G., OEE - Power BI)
