The work covers residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and infrastructure projects. You will use measurement and estimating software, interpret drawings, and provide client-focused cost management advice.Key Responsibilities:

Quantify materials using BTY’s measurement software and CIQS rulesEstimate material, labour, and equipment costs for construction projectsAssess cost-to-complete and work-in-place during site inspectionsReview cost variances, change orders,
