Shape Canada’s defence and public-sector infrastructure with WSP as a Lead Project Manager overseeing critical project delivery and governance.

You will act as the client’s trusted advisor while leading complex mission critical and data centre programs. The work spans scope, schedule, cost, risk, contracts, change, and performance. You will direct concurrent workstreams, enable executive decisions, and protect operational continuity across critical milestones.

Key Responsibilities

Establish governance and enable executive project decisions

Requirements

Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field

10+ years delivering major multidisciplinary programs

Experience through commissioning, turnover, and construction administration

Proven proposal and work-winning experience

Ability to obtain federal security clearances for assigned projects

Use strategic leadership, commercial judgment, and stakeholder communication to deliver resilient infrastructure programs with WSP.
