As Senior Program Manager and Key Client Lead, you will own an integrated client relationship and delivery agenda. Guide multidisciplinary teams across substations, interconnection, generation, and transmission. Shape account plans, pursue opportunities, and deliver coordinated programs from site and power strategy through construction support.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project managers delivering multidisciplinary data center infrastructure projects

Develop annual account plans and qualified chance pipelines

Build relationships across client development and operations teams

Direct scope, schedule, quality, budget, and commercial performance





Guide technical decisions across power systems and interconnection

Requirements

10+ years in project, program, client, or business management

Expertise in a relevant power systems discipline

Understanding of utilities, substations, transmission, generation, and interconnection

Direct data center sector experience strongly preferred

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or related field
