Resource forecasting and capacity planning define this Digital Resource Specialist role at AltaGas. Support portfolio delivery with data, analytics, and workforce insight. Reporting to the Manager, Portfolio Delivery Excellence and Governance, you will support AltaGas Digital planning and project delivery. The work combines resource management, portfolio operations, project estimation, and reporting. You will also help address skill gaps through training, onboarding, and development programs. Key Responsibilities:

Forecast resource demand, skills, timing, and capacity across portfolios Track assignments, availability, utilization, skills, and project commitments Identify capacity constraints, conflicts, risks, and skill gaps Analyze resource, effort, cost, and delivery data Develop capacity, utilization,



and capability reports Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, project management, information technology, or related field Five or more years in resource management or related areas Experience with capacity planning, forecasting, estimation, or portfolio planning Experience using data and analytics for delivery decisions Solid analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Apply resource planning, analytics, and portfolio delivery expertise while strengthening AltaGas Digital workforce capabilities through informed decisions.
