Shape plant projects and reliability improvement for MadeGood and POSITIVE TO GO at Riverside Natural Foods Ltd. Lead engineering priorities across sites. As Manager, Plant Engineering, you will build structure around engineering work while remaining connected to technical execution. The position oversees project portfolios, plant performance improvement, standards deployment, resource planning, and engineer development. You will balance changing priorities across functions and support Riverside’s manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities:

Govern small-to-medium engineering projects across plants Provide technical guidance, training plans, and performance input Support capacity initiatives, master plans,



and annual capital planning Ensure consistent project closeout and documentation practices Escalate strategic, budget, staffing, and major capital decisions Requirements:

Engineering degree; PEng is an asset Significant engineering experience, targeting approximately 10 years Previous people-management experience, ideally 3–5 years Experience with OEMs, contractors, vendors, or engineering partners Experience using AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft Office Lead Riverside’s plant projects and reliability agenda through engineering standards, people development, capacity planning, and technical problem solving.
