Position: Food Services Manager
Wage: CAD $37.50 per hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, weekends, and holidays)
Working hours: 30-40 hours per week
Advantages: 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant.
Plan and control the budget and inventory
Manage food service operations to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with the franchise's established menu and operational standards
Monitor sales revenues and operating costs and implement operational adjustments to maintain the restaurant's profitability.
Negotiate/coordinate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
Review and adjust staff schedules when necessary
Recruit staff, oversee staff training and conduct performance reviews.




Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed
Hold staff meetings and address staff complaints and suggestions.
Coordinate promotional activities and advertising in accordance with the franchise's marketing guidelines.

Job Requirements:
Education:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Completion of a 1- to 2-year college diploma or other post-secondary program in hospitality, food and beverage service management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the food service industry, including at least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience, is required.
