The Manager, Food & Beverage Products connects F&B; Operations, Finance, and Technology. You will shape roadmaps, requirements, controls, analytics, and scalable solutions supporting contribution margin, pricing, COGS, and reporting. The position advances menu engineering by linking recipe economics, transaction volumes, and sales mix. Key Responsibilities:

Own F&B; Finance-enabled processes from discovery through value realization Define product vision, roadmaps, requirements, and acceptance criteria Lead prioritization, prototyping, testing, adoption, and post-launch reviews Enable margin analysis, pricing decisions, controls, and management reporting Report progress, risks, dependencies,



adoption, health, and realized value Requirements:

Five or more years of relevant hospitality, restaurant, or Finance experience Experience translating business needs into requirements and supporting adoption Robust understanding of menu engineering, recipe costing, COGS, and margins Working knowledge of ERP-enabled Finance, procurement, inventory, and reporting processes Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and cross-functional influencing ability Apply finance product ownership, menu engineering, ERP knowledge, and collaboration skills to Four Seasons F&B; performance.
