Our Calgary based client is seeking an experienced SAP Material Management (MM) and Ariba Specialist to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in SAP solution design, implementation, and support, along with experience in two or more full lifecycle SAP MM/Ariba implementations, including solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. This will be a in office work setting.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the overall solution design authority within the SAP landscape, ensuring alignment across business processes, applications, integrations, and end-to-end data flows while identifying and addressing cross-functional impacts. Partner closely with Senior Digital Delivery Analysts, Solution Designers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated and scalable solutions across process areas. Advise business stakeholders on solution options, trade-offs, and recommendations aligned with SAP best practices, architecture standards, and extensibility guidelines. Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for deployed SAP S/4HANA solutions within a DevOps operating model. Assess the impact of project initiatives, enhancements, releases, and upgrade cycles on existing processes, integrations,



and system capabilities. Support solution delivery activities including requirements validation, testing, documentation, innovation adoption, and roadmap planning. Collaborate effectively with AMS providers, system integrators, and external partners to ensure high-quality delivery and operational support. Lead design reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure solutions meet business, security, compliance, and operational requirements. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize business processes through SAP capabilities and emerging technologies. Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system stability and business value. Preferred

Qualifications:

Experience supporting one or more SAP functional domains including Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics (WM, MM, Ariba, Concur, Fieldglass) Understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Fiori, Integration Suite, and SAP Analytics solutions. Experience with SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (REFX) is considered an asset. SAP certification(s) considered an asset. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformation and modernization initiatives.
