EBC Inc. is seeking a Senior Design Manager to guide one high-profile ICI project from early design development through completion. This senior leader will connect consultants, construction partners, clients, owner representatives, and consortium stakeholders. Success depends on contract knowledge, technical document review, and proactive resolution of interface issues.

Key Responsibilities

Act as central design authority throughout project execution

Coordinate architectural and engineering consultants for contract-compliant delivery

Oversee design approvals, reviews, revisions, and schedule alignment

Identify scope gaps, interface issues, conflicts,



and technical risks

Maintain design intent through changes, shop drawings, and RFIs

Requirements

10+ years of large-scale ICI design delivery experience

Demonstrated Design-Build, P3, or Progressive Design-Build experience

Experience with healthcare, institutional, commercial, or infrastructure facilities

Understanding of building systems, codes, and phased construction

Ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational priorities

Use Design-Build expertise, stakeholder leadership, and technical judgment to coordinate successful design delivery for EBC’s complex project.
