Lead product management continuity at H&R; Block Canada in Calgary, guiding established priorities through a hybrid schedule with three office days weekly. As Interim Director, Products & Services, you will lead Product Management professionals across senior, associate, and digital product roles. You will quickly understand the portfolio, provide direction, and support delivery. The work spans product plans, roadmaps, risks, budgets, client impacts, and launch readiness. Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day leadership throughout the 12-month term Review roadmaps, milestones, risks, dependencies, and launch readiness Coach direct reports and support accountable decision-making Coordinate Product Management, technology, operations, and marketing partners Document decisions, risks,



and updates supporting transition Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree; MBA considered an asset Significant leadership experience in product management or related environments People-leadership experience coaching teams and addressing barriers Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders Solid communication, facilitation, organization, and relationship-management skills Bring product leadership, cross-functional coordination, and informed oversight to H&R; Block Canada’s Associate Products & Services portfolio.
