Lead enterprise Salesforce delivery at Finning International Inc. through hands-on technical leadership, solution design, development, and release management. As Salesforce Technical Lead, you will guide a delivery team across scalable customer- and employee-facing solutions. Translate requirements into technical stories, designs, and implementation plans while collaborating with Product Owners, Product Management, and the Salesforce Solution Architect. Apply Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, SOQL, integrations, security, testing, and DevOps practices.
