As Fixed Operations Manager, you provide strategic direction while supervising departmental teams and reporting to the General Manager. You manage operating budgets, manufacturer policies, legal requirements, and performance objectives. Your work supports strong CSI results and effective dealership operations. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coach Service and Parts departmental teams Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index performance Monitor warranty claims, policies, and repair quality Manage parts inventory counts, returns, and reporting Develop marketing strategies for customer retention and acquisition Requirements:
