The Manager, Specialized Community Programs oversees Mental Health, Community, Intensive, Rehabilitation and Specialized Services. This leadership position guides service delivery, quality assurance, operational planning and budget control. It also supports Northern Health’s vision, mission, values and Primary Care Home direction. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee mental health and specialized community service delivery Lead quality assurance, outcome evaluation and operational planning Manage policies, procedures, utilization and risk Control budgets and support strategic direction Guide teams toward cohesion and effectiveness Requirements:

Master’s degree in a health-related discipline Five years’ progressive mental health and addiction experience Three years’ leadership experience or equivalent combination Valid British Columbia Driver’s License Clinical knowledge of assessment and care planning Apply leadership, clinical knowledge and operational planning expertise to specialized community programs serving Northern British Columbia.
