Lead SAP S/4HANA business readiness and cutover for IG’s regulated manufacturing implementation, coordinating go-live preparation across operations and data. This experienced lead supports a successful transition by aligning people, systems, dependencies, and production continuity. The position owns business-side readiness and cutover activities for a major SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will coordinate manufacturing, supply chain, data migration, interfaces, validation, infrastructure, training, and support workstreams. The work requires ERP experience, SAP go-live leadership, stakeholder management, and accountability across complex dependencies. Key Responsibilities:





Develop consolidated business readiness and cutover plans Align business plans with the technical cutover plan Track data quality, remediation, risks, and ownership Own Go/No-Go criteria and readiness updates Prepare Hypercare support and command-centre coverage Requirements:

10+ years of ERP experience At least one SAP S/4HANA project Experience supporting three to five major SAP go-lives Business readiness, cutover, and production go-live leadership Complex workstream coordination and stakeholder-management skills Bring SAP S/4HANA, business cutover, data readiness, and stakeholder leadership to IG’s regulated manufacturing go-live.
