The Senior Manager, Vendor Operations oversees end-to-end vendor lifecycle execution across quoting, contracts, onboarding, and payments. You will improve systems, workflows, controls, and reporting while partnering with Finance, Legal, Operations, and Client Services. The role supports profitable proposals, compliance, capacity planning, and data-informed decisions across teams.
Monitor capacity, pipeline, performance, and customer feedback
Manage purchase orders and vendor payments
Implement workflow standardisation, automation, and process improvements
Understanding of dubbing workflows and audiovisual technology
Experience managing forecasting, margins, costs, and profitability
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualified experience
