As a Senior Electrical Buildings Engineer, you will deliver electrical designs for healthcare, post-secondary, municipal, infrastructure, and commercial developments. You will coordinate with architectural, mechanical, and structural disciplines while supporting projects through design, construction, and site engagement. The hybrid model includes flexible schedule, home working, and the Edmonton office.

Key Responsibilities

Design lighting, power, communications, security, and fire alarm systems

Prepare drawings and models using Revit and AutoCAD

Perform calculations and assist equipment selection and system layouts





Coordinate designs with multidisciplinary project teams

Conduct site visits and support construction activities

Requirements

Eligibility for APEGA membership as P.Eng. or P.L.Eng.

More than 12 years' electrical buildings engineering experience

Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit

Valid Canadian driver's license and site transportation access

Excellent English communication skills and client-service commitment
