Lead eReader software teams at Rakuten Kobo in Toronto, applying C++ expertise and technical leadership across three Agile teams. As an experienced Software Engineering Manager, you will lead approximately 20 engineers and testers improving software underlying Kobo’s market-leading eReader devices. You will guide technical delivery from system design through monitoring and incident response. The role also includes mentoring, coaching, project management, and collaboration with Product, Design, and Architecture. Key Responsibilities:
