AECOM seeks a senior electrical leader for its hybrid Kitchener/London region, focused on engineering quality, client partnerships, and practice growth.

This Electrical Department Manager leads selected projects while developing engineers, designers, and technical staff. You will strengthen delivery capability, support strategic pursuits, and represent AECOM with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal leaders.

Preferred experience includes progressive electrical consulting, design-build, department management, and complex project technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Develop engineers, designers, and technical staff

Serve as senior technical leader on selected projects

Support proposals, business development, and market growth

Promote scope, resource, schedule,



and quality management

Represent AECOM with project stakeholders and clients

Requirements

Skilled Engineer license with Professional Engineers Ontario

Bachelor’s degree and eight relevant years, or equivalency

Strong client-facing, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Experience managing electrical teams or technical delivery teams

Ability to obtain minimum Reliability Level security clearance

Use senior electrical engineering judgment, leadership, and business development experience to advance AECOM’s regional delivery capability.
