This role focuses on enhancing developer productivity through innovative engineering practices in a hybrid work setting.As a transformational engineering leader, you'll own and architect the Developer Experience at Index Exchange. You will oversee a globally distributed engineering team, enhancing Release Engineering capabilities while integrating seamlessly with Quality & Delivery practices.
