Build TypeScript and Node.js backend services full-time onsite in Toronto for BitGo’s retail mobile user experience. Design robust APIs supporting digital asset products. As a Senior Software Engineer on BitGo’s Mobile team, you will build the first-time experience for retail users. You will develop API-first platform services using TypeScript, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. The role includes ownership from inception through deployment, customer integration, and ongoing improvement. Key Responsibilities:

Design scalable APIs, libraries, and backend services Own features from inception through deployment and integration Expose and document functionality for users and developers Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve performance Requirements:

Six or more years of backend development experience Solid TypeScript, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB experience Strong RESTful API design experience Experience with microservices, testing, debugging, and Git Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline Apply backend engineering expertise in TypeScript, Node.js, APIs, and digital assets while supporting BitGo’s Toronto Mobile team.
