As Supervisor Surface Production, you will lead frontline operations from commissioning into operational execution. You will supervise fixed-plant activities, manage process safety risks, and support reliable performance in a regulated workplace. The role requires strong communication, coaching, and decision-making during changing conditions. Key Responsibilities:
