Lead Mercury’s Business Banking product with ownership of strategy, payments, and AI-driven experiences at significant scale. Shape reliable financial infrastructure for businesses.

As Head of Product, you will own Business Banking end-to-end, including its offering, performance, and product organization. You will guide accounts, user experience, payments, new rails, and agents while growing deposits and payments. The work combines commercial judgment, customer-centered craft, experimentation, and disciplined execution in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own P&L;, strategy, and the Business Banking product offering
- Build AI- and data-driven user experiences at scale
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing product management team
- Scale current financial products, rails,



capabilities, and agents
- Own uptime, correctness, latency, and support outcomes

Requirements:

- 10+ years of experience in banking, payments, platforms, or financial products
- 5+ years leading product managers through hiring and coaching
- Command of business banking, deposits, liquidity, and payment rails
- Experience launching and scaling 0-1 financial products
- Sound judgment in regulated, risk-sensitive environments
