Who We’re Looking For:

1+ years of experience in automotive sales or commission-based sales

A passion for the Ford brand, automotive sales, and delivering an exceptional customer experience

Motivated, competitive, professional, and driven to achieve sales goals

Valid VSA license and BC Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract





Robust relationship-building skills with the ability to create long-term customer loyalty and repeat business

Confidence learning and presenting vehicle technology, features, trims, and options

Proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, and CRM systems such as DealerSocket or similar

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation:

$120,000-$200,000 per year (Commission Based)

What Your Day Will Look Like:

Promote and sell new Ford and pre-owned vehicles with a customer-first approach

Become a Ford product expert and confidently explain vehicle features, technology, trims, options, and available finance solutions

Help customers select the right vehicle based on their lifestyle, needs, and budget

Complete all sales documentation accurately and efficiently

Stay current on Ford products, incentives, programs, vehicle technology, and industry trends

Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, follow-up, and repeat customers

Maintain ongoing communication with customers to build trust, loyalty, and long‑term relationships
