As a Learning Experience Designer II, you will support Financial Advisors, trainees, Client Support Team members, and Home Office associates. You will design, develop, deliver, and curate learning aligned with business strategy. The work builds industry, wealth management, advisory, and practice management capabilities. Bachelor's degree preferred in education or related field Three-plus years designing interactive multi-modal learning experiences Three-plus years facilitating learning sessions and workshops Proficiency with Rise, Storyline, Vyond, Xyleme, and Adobe Creative Cloud Adult Learning certification preferred Apply learning design, facilitation, measurement, and emerging technology expertise to strengthen performance at Edward Jones.
