Strategic People Partner based in Canada, using workforce data and organizational insight to advise North American business leaders. Support defined groups across regions. Reporting to the Regional People Director, this role operates at Tier 3 within SLR’s People model. You will connect business priorities with organization design, workforce planning, talent, succession, engagement, retention, culture, and change actions. The role also activates global People programs and regional priorities. Key Responsibilities:





Build trusted relationships with business leaders and leadership teams Translate business priorities into focused people actions Partner on organization design and workforce planning Facilitate talent mapping and succession planning discussions Analyze workforce data and recommend practical responses Requirements:

Significant People Partner or HR Business Partner experience Experience supporting organization, workforce, talent, engagement, and change priorities Ability to influence leaders without direct authority Solid commercial, analytical, coaching, and communication skills Relevant post-secondary degree; CHRL or CPHR preferred Bring strategic partnering, workforce planning, and data-led insight to SLR’s North American business groups from Canada.
