This Executive Assistant role requires seven-plus years supporting senior executives in a fast-paced organization. You will manage leadership calendars, meetings, travel, events, confidential information, and administrative processes. Robust judgment, follow-through, organization, and attention to detail keep leaders prepared for every commitment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars and competing executive priorities

Coordinate agendas, briefings, attendees, and follow-up requirements

Arrange detailed travel itineraries, transportation, and accommodations

Requirements

Seven-plus years supporting senior executives in similar roles

Experience managing calendars, travel, meetings, and competing priorities

Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook and Teams

Excellent executive-level verbal and written communication skills
