Lead facility operations, maintenance, and capital planning with CBRE on a 14-day rotation between Calgary or Edmonton and Kearl Lake. As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will oversee building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus, or portfolio. The position supports Property Managers on repairs and investment plans. You will supervise staff, coordinate technicians and vendors, manage budgets, and address operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop facilities employees
- Schedule daily activities, assign tasks, and track deadlines
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with technicians and contractors
- Manage capital projects, budgets, and variance reports
- Conduct inspections and implement operational improvements Requirements:
- Ability to work from Calgary or Edmonton
- Availability for 14 days on, 14 days off
- Ability to travel to Kearl Lake for rotations
