Shape Canada’s public infrastructure with WSP as a Senior Project Director focused on federal buildings, governance, and complex capital delivery.

This senior position leads defence and federal infrastructure projects across land, air, and naval environments. You will strengthen client relationships, direct multidisciplinary teams, and support WSP’s national Defence and Federal Buildings practice. Delivery may use Design-Build, Construction Management, Alliance, P3, or traditional models.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end leadership for complex defence and federal projects

Maintain accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, and outcomes

Advance projects with Defence Construction Canada and federal stakeholders

Contribute to account strategies, pursuits, and repeat defence business





Mentor project managers, controls professionals, engineers, and junior staff

Requirements

Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field

At least 12 years of progressive project delivery experience

Five years’ defence or federal infrastructure delivery experience

Knowledge of federal procurement, governance, contracts, and security requirements

Required federal security clearance must be obtainable and maintainable

Use federal buildings expertise, strategic governance, and client leadership to deliver lasting public value through WSP.
