As Senior Manager, you will execute data-driven strategies for identifying, measuring, and mitigating first party fraud risk. You will develop analytical solutions, improve loss attribution, and support real-time risk decisioning. The work spans risk-based rules, predictive modeling, monitoring, and stakeholder influence across BMO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop risk-based rules for first party fraud behaviors
- Optimize triggers, alerts, and risk monitoring capabilities
- Build early warning indicators, dashboards, and monitoring tools
- Evaluate rules through performance metrics,



loss analysis, and testing
- Communicate insights to executives and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:
- Advanced fraud analytics, statistical analysis, and machine learning expertise
- Solid first party fraud risk management knowledge
- Proficiency with SQL, Python, Power BI, Dataiku, or comparable tools
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Typically 7–10+ years of relevant experience
