Shape globally consistent fleet training at CAE through aircraft systems expertise, curriculum ownership, and clear technical guidance for instructors. As Global Program Lead, you own technical direction for assigned aircraft programs within CAE’s global training network. You will lead standardization meetings, maintain approved training content, and assess changes affecting curricula, checks, examinations, and devices. Collaboration with Training Managers and Lead Instructors supports consistent delivery. Key Responsibilities:
