As a Senior RAN Designer, you will support Rogers’ RAN Engineering and Innovation team. Apply wireless engineering fundamentals, KPI analysis, predictive analytics, and automation across 4G, 5G NSA, 5G SA, and 5G Advanced. Your work will translate complex performance data into actionable network improvements and support intelligent, cloud-enabled operations. Key Responsibilities:
