As Senior Data Scientist, Fraud Analytics, you will manage ongoing fraud exposure through analysis, development, maintenance, and deployment. You will apply optimization, clustering, neural nets, logistic regression, decision trees, sampling, and Bayesian estimation. The role also includes leadership and subject matter expertise.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct transaction monitoring and proactive fraud exposure analysis
Develop, maintain, and deploy fraud mitigation algorithms
Lead feasibility studies and recommend fraud mitigation rules
Provide direction to junior department employees
Support transaction monitoring systems as subject matter expert
Requirements
Experience using SQL, SAS EG, SAS Miner, Tableau, and/or Python
Degree or diploma in analytics, statistics, or computer-based discipline
Knowledge of current modeling and analytical techniques
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to investigate complex problems and interpret information
