Drive operational efficiency, financial results, and process improvement as Plan Group’s Operations Manager for Technical Services and High Voltage. This national role supports accelerated growth. The Operations Manager partners with Business Unit leaders across Service and High Voltage. You will improve internal processes, support operational budgets, and strengthen client experience. Salesforce adoption, reporting, forecasting, and standardized tools are central to the mandate. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and review operational policies with Business Unit leaders Map processes and create streamlined operational solutions Support estimating, scheduling, forecasting, reporting,



and planning Manage national financial reporting and forecasting activities Develop KPIs supporting performance and continuous improvement Requirements:

Ten years’ electrical industry experience with end user experience Construction experience; high voltage or utility trade experience advantageous Leadership in employee development and operational strategy execution Budgetary planning, profit and loss, and contract management experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, MS Project, and Teams Bring electrical industry leadership, financial management, and process improvement expertise to Plan Group’s national operations.
